As Domain7’s  Jr. Marketing Coordinator, your job is to be a tactician and an analyst focused on supporting and optimizing drip campaigns and nurture cycles. Your time is spent supporting and executing intelligent, human-focused digital marketing campaigns and research to deliver on our inbound, account-based, and content marketing strategies. 

You will have a shared focus on Civil Space, Domain7’s community engagement product. Your streams of work will be a Venn diagram—Domain7 services marketing, Civil Space marketing, and the area of overlap between the two. 

You will report to the Director of Growth, with consultation and partnership from Domain7’s Digital Marketing Coordinator. You bring both a rigorously people-centric, thoughtful lens, and keen understanding of digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their digital marketing acumen to the work of crafting strategies in promotion, automation, personalization, and lead nurturing. 

Your work helps deliver the most compelling, useful content at the most appropriate time in the customer or partner’s lifecycle, nurturing aligned leads through the funnel and passing them off to consultative sales team members. Done well, the journey should feel seamless in terms of our brand’s values and approach. 

Skills & Responsibilities

These are the key areas of focus that Domain7’s Junior Marketing Coordinator will grow to support:

  • Campaign Production: Supporting the creation of new campaigns for Domain7 and Civil Space, with a focus on aligning assets, working in ad platforms, and growing into working with the CRM to produce lists, workflows, and associated reports.
  • Audience & Keyword Research: Researching relevant trends, targeting, and keywords to support the creation and optimization of Domain7 and Civil Space campaigns.
  • Reporting & Optimization: You’ll help maintain and optimize the CRM by ensuring up-to-date lead information, clean integrations with data sources, and maintaining campaign workflows.
  • Landing Page Creation: In partnership with the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help design, build, and deploy landing pages.


Whether through formal education or some time spent learning, executing, and succeeding, these are the skills and areas that we expect you to be able to speak to, demonstrate, and grow in:

  • B2B Lead Generation: A foundational understanding of how to use integrated marketing to generate qualified leads for a B2B market
  • Toolset familiarity: Some knowledge or experience with leading marketing tools like HubSpot, Unbounce, and various ad platforms
  • Continued Learning and Growth: Committed to staying on top of demand generation trends and best practices, and aware of the best communities and resources to gather this knowledge.
  • Action-focused: Self-motivated, results-driven with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with technology product and services sales cycles and how to employ marketing communication programs to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
  • Strong Writing: Ability to write thoughtful, compelling and well-crafted copy.
  • Certifications (Bonus!): If you’re certified with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms, we’d love to know!
