Domain7 is looking for an amazing Administrative Assistant to add to our team, someone who contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Domain7 Vancouver office, supports the work of other Domain7 team members and represents the best of Domain7 to anyone coming in our doors. At the forefront of the role, this individual is a key part of the Domain7 experience for employees, clients, partners and many others. Everyone should receive an exceptional experience interacting with us. This role coordinates with others at Domain7 so teamwork and clear communication is critical.
Currently, during the Covid-19 pandemic, 90% of our team is working remotely full-time. We are still making our events space available for rentals, so we anticipate that this role would have a mix of remote and in-office time.
This role is a 7-month Maternity leave cover with the potential to be extended. It may require irregular hours and/or availability outside regular office hours, depending on Domain7’s needs.

Administrative Tasks. You will assist members of our team with various administrative tasks, including:
Manage our Vancouver office. You will manage our Vancouver office space including the rental of our events space and coordination with prospective renters, specifically:
Engagement and Celebrations. You will partner with the Operations team and others in the organization to plan, organise and support company celebrations and events, specifically:
People Processes. You will collaborate and support People & Culture Specialist to create and facilitate an effective onboarding experience and process
